Yes, so why did they? Your the reporter so fill us in. I can think of many ways inflict costly damage on rural areas. Easy to complain, difficult to propose a better idea.
Maybe someone can come up with some way that we could use Homeland Security money to keep us from getting ripped off from our local government leaders. Also, aren’t those round-abouts an attack on us from some unknown place?
